a. Term of three (3) years

c. Principal executive officer of the Society and, subject to the general control of the Board of the Directors, shall supervise the day-to-day operations and oversight of the Society.
d. Shall be the chairman of meetings of the Members, the Board, and the Executive Committee, and of all business meetings of the Society. The President shall coordinate the efforts of the Society.
e. Shall have authority, subject to such rules as may be prescribed by the Board, to engage employees or independent contractors of the Society as the President shall deem necessary, to prescribe their powers, duties, and compensation, and to delegate authority to them. Such employees or independent contractors shall serve at the discretion of the President.
f. Shall appoint Members to serve as liaisons to other organizations as appropriate.
g. Shall be responsible for communication with external and internal stakeholders or shall delegate communication to appropriate members of the Executive Committee or Board of Directors.
h. In general, shall perform all duties incident to the office of President and such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors from time to time.
i. Shall be an ex-officio Member of all standing committees of the Society.
j. Shall determine the Future Directions and execute new initiatives as conceived by the President or the Board of Directors.
a. Is elected Vice President by majority vote of the Active Members for a term of three (3) years.
b. Will transition to President upon completion of the first term as Vice President.
c. Shall provide oversight for internal communications between the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and other Society standing and special committees.
d. Shall assist with outreach to other organizations and institutions as requested by said group or by the Board of Directors.
e. Shall define intitaives to increase and maintain membership of the Society.
f. Shall coordinate information from members of the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and active committess to ensure that the website is actively updated with appropriate information.
g. Shall propose Future Directions and new initiatives.
a. Is elected Secretary-Elect by majority vote of the Active members for four (4) years.
b. May be reelected for one (1) additional three (3) year term, for a maximum of seven (7) years of service as Secretary.
c. Shall be an ex-officio Member of all standing committees.
d. Shall be responsible for:
i.Seeing that the minutes of the meetings of the Members, and the Board of Directors are kept in one or more books provided for that purpose;
ii. Seeing that all notices are duly given in accordance with the provisions of these Bylaws or as required by law;
iii. Being custodian of the corporate records and of the seal of the Society if one is authorized by the Board, in which case the Secretary shall see that the seal of the Board is affixed to all documents the execution of which on behalf of the Society under its seal is duly authorized;
iv. Keeping a record of the names and addresses of all Members and Directors; and
v. In general, performing all duties incident to the office of Secretary and such other duties as from time to time may be assigned by the Board.
e. Shall organize meetings of the Members, and Board, and shall be responsible for seeing that minutes of the same are kept.
f. Shall submit the Annual Report of the Society to Members and answer correspondence.
a. Is elected Treasurer-Elect by majority vote of the Active Members for four (4) years.
b. May be reelected for one (1) additional three (3) year term, for a total of seven (7) years of service in office.
c. Shall be the principal financial officer of the Society and shall have the oversight responsibility for all funds and securities of the Society, and for moneys due and payable to the Society from any source whatsoever, including the deposit of such moneys in the name of the Society in such banks, trust companies, or other depositories as shall be selected in accordance with the provisions of these Bylaws.
d. Shall be responsible for all disbursement of funds as directed by verbal or written request by the President or the Board of Directors.
e. Shall be responsible for issuing statements of dues and follow-up dues notices.
f. Shall submit an annual balance sheet and statement of receipts and payments to the Board.
g. Shall render an annual report of the financial status and financial transactions of the Society to the Members and the Board.
h. Shall establish or maintain multiple payment portals to be used to collect donations and dues.
i. Shall submit yearly state and federal tax returns.
ii. Seeing that all notices are duly given in accordance with the provisions of these Bylaws or as required by law;
iii. Being custodian of the corporate records and of the seal of the Society if one is authorized by the Board, in which case the Secretary shall see that the seal of the Board is affixed to all documents the execution of which on behalf of the Society under its seal is duly authorized;
iv. Keeping a record of the names and addresses of all Members and Directors; and
v. In general, performing all duties incident to the office of Secretary and such other duties as from time to time may be assigned by the Board.
