As part of a series of surveys, we would like to learn more about how UTIs affect your life. What challenge you face. We will use this information to develop additional survey questions and identify ways to improve the lives of patients that suffer from UTI.
The survey can be completed by patients, family members and health care providers. If you would like to participate, please use the link below.
There is an opportunity for you to share your email address in the survey. This is completely voluntary and participation in this survey does not require you to share this information. Sharing this information would allow us to contact you to participate in future surveys.
Research funds are limited to study UTIs. More research is needed to identify new diagnostics and improve prevention and treatment of UTIs. Our goal is to provide research funding to groups that are working diligently to better understand, treat and prevent UTIs. We will also help support a specialized conference to encourage exchange of ideas and research findings between clinicians and researchers to further advance care of patients with UTI.
All donations are tax-deductible.
Your generous support and contributions will enable us to improve the lives of patients with UTI.
